Everything....is going well.....except that I miss my friends*

Whoa. ^.^

Long time no update =)

Well, nothing special has been happening recently - just that my other ballet teacher who migrated to Canada 3 years ago, came back to Hong Kong...she comes back every year :) She's been teaching my ballet since I was four, a pretty nice teacher =) Anyways...all that has been going on in my life is DANCING =) But I seem to like it like that, though it's very tiring....it feels good when you know that you're working yourself out NEARLY everyday (Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat, Sun....5 out of 7 days in a week!)

*~You know you're dancing when tears of pain and happiness blend in your sweat~*

I miss some of my friends so much.....especially after that night chatting online about JMDS, makes me miss them much more~ *Sigh*

Domily - When are you coming out of that camp??!!!! It seems that you've been in there for already a very long time, and I can't always catch you online, and I just missed you today when you initiated the conversation...ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

Emma(!!!!) - I'm really glad that you came back to Hong Kong in one full piece from London, thank goodness! I miss chatting to you online. I feel bad when I see you online and daren't initiate a conversation with you.....I daren't phone you, um....about things(people, actually) that you and I used to talk about. And somehow something tells me that there's only a very very slight chance I would get to see you after 10th of August. Duhhhhhhh >.< Oh...and by the way, I haven't even been to your new house, and I would really like to :)

And some other person, that I wouldn't like to mention her name here, but you said you wanted to meet up again one day like what we did for last Christmas, and I'd be totally willing to prepare the food for our mini-party, that is, if it's going to be held~ hee =)

Enough of that....for some of my close friends...I see you guys regularly, online or offline, or maybe I'd phone you sometimes, so missing you guys aren't that bad.

Yesterday-

Um....where did I go? yes.....to do Yoga in Wanchai, had a nice chat with the instructor near the end of the lesson, when we were stretching =) It turns out that she wants her niece to pick up on ballet again, after 2 years of dancing in school....but some inicident happened, so her niece stopped for nearly a year already. So, I suggested her to take her niece to where I take my lessons and I guess she took my suggestions. *shrugs* I dunno.
Then because I needed to go look at SAT books, so we took the MTR to Causeway Bay, and you wouldn't believe it that the MTR was STUFFED with people. Yes, "stuffed". But anyway, we got there and had our tea. Then shopped for a bit. Bought a nice top. Then walked to SOGO, coz mum wanted to buy Monchichi beddings, she didn't buy any, coz there wasn't any size right for her bed, and I wouldn't like a Monchichi bedding, so we took the escalators down and reached the floor that sold swimsuits. I roamed around the racks and found 2 that I like and tried them on. They were all on sale~ Finally, I settled with the cheaper one, coz I don't have any swimsuits of that style. Um.....it's a bikini, the colour of it is a pale mix of pink & purple, which looks really sharp on my not-white skin ^.^ And the bottom part has a little skirt attached to it and makes the whole thing look cuter =) The top part is a halter neck. It needs you to tie strings together behind your neck, as well as behind your back. At first, it looked a bit dangerous, but I figured out it wouldn't slip or fall off if I tied them tight enough to fit my body and if nobody pulled the strings =P Overall, I think I look quite good in them :) I displayed them for my dad last night and admired myself a little in the standing mirror in my room ^.^
Then I went to The Commercial Press to look at the SAT books, and found a lot. Didn't know which ones to buy. I better ask somebody, or maybe my brother when he comes back.

*****Is anyone interested in going to the beach, for a sunbath and a little water splashing? Or maybe, simply, just enjoy other friends' and my company?

I haven't gone to the beach OR the swimming pool this summer. Reasons are as following:
1) No one invites me to join them at the beach.
2) My friends are too busy to go to the beach.
3) I cannot find anyone to go with me to the beach.
4) I would've gone down to my villa's private swimming pool, if the lifeguards wouldn't stare at me when I'm just in a two-piece (showing my waist only)....I'm sure their stares would be even worse, if I went down in a bikini.....and I HATE PEOPLE STARING AT ME LIKE THAT. I. HATE. THAT.
5) My dad doesn't go swimming as often as he does these days, coz he realizes that running on the treadmill at home is much more convenient that going swimming.
6) I cannot find someone to go with me. I don't want to go down to the swimming pool alone (refer to reason 4)

I would really like to go to the beach OR the swimming pool, because:
1) I could use my swim suits.
2) The money used to buy swim suits won't feel like a waste of money.
3) I am willing to spend more time with my friends, if they have any.
4) That way, I could get a more even tan on my arms......now, my arms are inside-half white, outside-half tanned. Funny.
5) I haven't felt sand for a long time. (The last time I can remember, was last year's mid-autumn festival)
6) I would have the chance to take more nice photos to put in my photo album =)

SAT book - the big red Princeton Review one is good. It's what I used.

I hear the Kaplan one is OK, too...check 'em out.

The SAT I one labelled 2006 - there should only be one, right? Unless you're looking at the SAT II subject tests as well? Which SAT are you taking?

Kathy - definitely go with Princeton. I recommend buying one that reviews the test and there's also one called "11 practice tests for the new sat and psat." You want to practice as much as possible! Oh - are your SATs in english or chinese? If it's in english, let me know and I can research some exact recommendations for you. :-)

And my SATs are of course in English. Thanks for doing research for me :) Love ya!

Gladys!! I like your cute icon ^.^

Thanks So Much.....really, I gave up reading Harry Potter since the fifth book, because all of the upcoming ones are so thick....I don't like to lug around heavy books...even when I read in bed :)
